Venezuela

A country as beautiful as its paget winners. With Andean peaks, grassy wetlands, river deltas, idyllic islands and coral reefs.

Uruguay

Cheap but very cheerful. It has incredible beaches, fabulous cities and happening nighlife.

Ecuador

Small but fun, it equals its peers in terms of diverse landscapes and outdoor opportunities.

Peru

Home of the Inca Empire. Its geography varies from the tropical rainforests of the Amazon Basin to the vast arid plains on the Pacific coast and the cloud covered peaks of the Andes.

Trek the Inca trail
If you are feeling adventurous, it is time to hit the Inca trail to Machu Picchu in Peru. A group trek is the safest, most fun way to go and you do not need to be super fit to take part.

Colombia

Despite its dark reputation, Colombia life is bright. Carnivals, cruise ships, elegant port towns and colonial living alongside rich national parks and white sandy beaches.

Chile

An absolute must for outdoor enthusiasts, Chile is a land of extremes. From the tropical top to the glacial bottom, this country is filled with snow-capped mountains, live volcanoes, whitewater rivers, ice carved fjords, ancient forests, rolling surf as well as the world's driest desert.

Bolivia

Although South America's poorest country, Bolivia is the richest in terms of indigenous culture. Its contrasting climates and differing landscapes make it a must-see.
